Fine Art Prints ~ Frequently Asked Questions

Thank you very much for considering ordering a printed image. Below are answers to a few questions that may come up. If you have other thoughts or concerns, please feel free to contact me. I'll respond to your email as soon as possible.

Who prints your work?

All prints up to 16” x 24” are custom printed by me in my studio. The prints are produced on a professional Epson printer using archival UltraChrome HDR Inks for longevity and luscious color. I take great care and pride in seeing that each print is as luminous and beautiful as possible.

Do you print limited editions?

All my prints are currently open editions which means that they are created and sold upon request.

What size prints do you offer?

I currently offer print sizes from 8 x 10 to 16 x 24 inches.

Please Note: Some of my images come in sizes that require a custom frame because their original composition is unable to be cropped without loosing balance or subject matter. Whenever possible, I crop the images to fit standard frames available in most frame shops. I have indicated on each image, which ones are standard and which ones will require custom framing.

What type of paper do you print on and is the print archival?

Each image is printed on archival, acid-free, fine art paper with archival pigmented inks. Currently, I am using the following papers: Epson Hot Press Bright (matte) and Canson Photographic Baryta (semi-gloss). The specific paper is carefully chosen to bring out the nuances, richness and beauty of each piece.

Please Note: Direct exposure to sunlight will cause accelerated fading of the print. Make sure that you hang your print away from direct exposure to the sun.

Do the prints come matted or framed?

All prints are sold unmatted and unframed.

Are your prints signed?

Yes. All prints are signed on the back.

Will the colors look exactly like they do on my monitor?

All monitors display color differently so I cannot guarantee the image will look exactly like the version on your monitor. If you would like a 4"x 3" sample, email me with the link of the print you are interested in along with your mailing address and I will send you a proof.
