CoolPhotoblogs was created by the sheer popularization of photoblogging. It lists the best photoblogs from around the world. It can be a useful platform for a photoblog site's promotion. Check out the Top 20 list which shows the most popular photoblogs (updated in real time).

Jack Davis, Photographer and Photoshop trainer is one of my favorite instructors. I learned some of my favorite techniques from him. If he is teaching in your area, I'd highly recommend attending. In the meantime, check out his site: WOW Creative Arts

There's nothing like participating in a Photoshop workshop with other photographers to get one motivated. I try to attend a Kelby Training Live event at least one a year.

Lynda.com Online Training Library is a fantastic resource for video tutorials on Photoshop, Lightroom, Digital Photography, Web Design, etc. for a monthly/yearly fee.

NAPP — National Association of Photoshop Professionals is one organization I would HIGHLY recommend joining for their classes, tutorials, product discounts and software help and news.

The Photo Argus is a great resource for photographers —  from novices to advanced. They have tons of useful information, inspiration, how-to techniques, featured photographers, community portfolio and more.

This photoblog directory offers a free and fun way for photo-bloggers to list their links. Great way to increase your photoblog traffic and meet fellow photobloggers.

One of my all-time favorite weekly, theme sites. Each week, Photo Friday posts a photo assignment that is open for creative interpretation. A fun place to challenge yourself, view other's work and get your work seen! Check out this week's theme.

The Photography Homepages directory is a human edited resource featuring screen shots and links to photography websites in all categories. It's a good venue to submit your blog for consideration.

PhotoshopSupport.com is a GREAT resource that's been around for a long time! Free Tutorials, Plug-ins, Actions, Resource Links, Video Training, Blog.

Tom Howell is an artist to whom I owe a great debt. He was my college art instructor (1976 - 1978) who taught me how to see and draw with light. With his exquisite eye, satirical humor and patient instruction, he showed myself and 1000's of other students, how all form is shaped by light and shadow. He is now enjoying retirement and producing a huge body of artwork and photography.
